Annabelle is an entrepreneur who has grown overtime. Self-employed hairdresser at first, she is also an artist in her spare time.
She goes back to school and undertakes college studies in organic market gardening. A dream that she cherished since her childhood, when she had explored market gardening with her family and neighborhood at a very young age.
Mom of two teens, Xavier and Raphael, who remain, to this day, her most distinguished tasters, Annabelle has been simmering the idea of developing the business for several years.
She is an outdoor-loving woman, surrounded by her family and dear animals, especially Rubis, her favourite mare. She dreams of, one day, reuniting all her passions in one place, and wishes to settle on a farm, where she could be surrounded by her family, her horses, hens, rabbits, cats and dogs, and numerous gardens.
Annabelle has always been passionate about fresh fruits and vegetables, produced here and, above all, accessible. Due to our seasonal changes, the availability of delicacies that are grown here is not very long. By freeze-drying fresh cultures, they can be preserved while ensuring maximum retention of nutrients and taste. Ö Vive is there to help people eat fresh food all year round while encouraging a short circuit, local economy, from the field to the mouth!
